Virtual Yoga Essential Morning Flow

Class Description

Firing up your practice with 20 minutes of core, legs, arms, and ass strengthening based on calisthenics and pilates, followed by a 40 minute vinyasa flow. This class targets muscle groups that are often overlooked in a traditional yoga class. It is designed to provide the baseline strength and flexibility necessary for a safe and sustainable yoga practice. For this class you’ll need: -Sliders, or a towel, or socks -Pilates ball, or yoga block, or pillow -Resistance bands (Equipment not necessary for your first class)


Cancellation Policy

Sheldon Shannon / Sheldon Shannon Yoga has a 24 hour cancellation policy for all classes and programs. You must cancel class 24 hours in advance or you will lose the class or session.
